Product Introduction The TD-5000 X-ray single-crystal diffractometer is mainly used to determine the three-dimensional spatial structure and electron cloud density of crystalline substances such as inorganic compounds, organic compounds, and metal complexes, and to analyze the structures of special materials like twins, incommensurate crystals, and quasicrystals. It measures the accurate three-dimensional space (including bond lengths, bond angles, configurations, conformations, and even bonding electron density) of new compound (crystalline) molecules, as well as the actual arrangement of molecules in the crystal lattice. It can provide structural information such as the unit cell parameters of the crystal, the space group it belongs to, the crystal molecular structure, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and weak interaction information, and the configuration and conformation of the molecule. It is widely used in analytical research in chemical crystallography, molecular biology, pharmacology, mineralogy, and materials science. The hybrid pixel detector equipped with this instrument provides optimal data quality while ensuring low power consumption and low cooling requirements. This detector combines two key technologies: single-photon counting and hybrid pixels, and can be widely used in various scenarios such as synchrotron radiation light sources and conventional laboratory light sources, effectively eliminating the interference of readout noise and dark current. Hybrid pixel technology can directly detect X-ray signals, making it easier to resolve valid signals, enabling the detector to efficiently provide high-quality data. The X-ray single-crystal diffractometer is a high-tech product led by Dandong Tongda Technology Co., Ltd. and approved under the [National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Special Project] of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. It fills the gap in the development and production of single-crystal diffractometers in China. II.
